    New Media for Non Profits designs web strategies and web sites for non-profit organizations, humanitarian missions, and philanthropic groups and individuals whose goals and vision coincide with those of the founders. "Flight For LIfe," "Visions of the Sacred," "Grrlstories," and "MAG (Mines Advisory Group)" are some of NMNP's recent projects. NMNP produces and hosts web sites and accompanying interactive media, including interactive CD-ROMs and multimedia content. NMNP consults, develops and implements the best use of emerging digital technologies to help further the goals of non profit organizations and philanthropists. We use new media methods to create fund raising opportunities to reach as many potential donors as possible. We apply new media methods to bring a non profit's brand image, organizational identity, and core values to the growing new Internet and interactive media audiences. New Media for Non Profits is organized as a tax exempt charitable cause under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service tax code.

    CNET Networks
    Director of Photography, CNET, August, 1996 until August, 1999. Multiple web sites, four television shows, and an online service. Other successful projects include completion of Associated Press photo satellite dish installation on enterprise-wide network, and bringing professional digital photography online as a staff asset.

    Media Archive Manager since August, 1999. The media archive project was born in the CNET Creative Group to develop an enterprise-wide media archive, asset management and workflow solution to supplement the publishing process. When launched, the project and my position moved to CNET Information Services.

    CNET's SNAP! Online
    Director of Photography, SNAP! Online. August, 1997, until January, 1998. Implementing an imaging team and workflow process for SNAP! Online during development, Beta cycle and public launch, prior to SNAP!'s purchase by NBC Television.

    "24 Hours In Cyberspace"
    November, 1995 until March, 1996. "Collect Team" leader, "24 Hours In Cyberspace", a live, instant photojournalism Internet site, CD ROM, book and permanent Internet site produced by Rick Smolan's Against All Odds Production company, Sausalito, CA. Duties included generating technology and logistical solutions for more than one hundred professional photojournalists to transmit their images from global assignments on event day, as well as being a member of technology teams for all phases of the project. Included writing software and technology instructions, manuals for photographers in the field, as well as posting the documents in HTML online for their global reference. Included technical support to photographers.

    Delphi Internet
    August, 1995 until November, 1995. Senior Editor of Photography, Delphi Internet, New York City, a joint venture between News Corp. and MCI Internet to develop online visual news components and proof-of-concept prototypes for an upcoming, as-of-yet unlaunched, online service and Internet site. Produced several editorial content pieces for the free Web site during this time, including coverage of the launch of Windows '95, the Women's Conference in Beijing, and the New York Papal visit.

    Reuters and Reuters NewMedia Inc.
    April, 1994, until July, 1995. Online Manager / Photographic, Reuters NewMedia Inc., New York City and Reston, VA., multimedia, Internet and online corporation serving emerging digital markets. Responsible for Reuter photographic and graphic image products online, as well as new product development, creation and production of online magazine (REUTERS Photojournalism), and marketing services.

    August, 1990, until April, 1994. Senior photographer, Reuter News Picture Service, international wire service news agency serving newspaper and magazine clients worldwide. Photographer and picture editor covering Washington and North America, the White House during the Bush and Clinton administrations, and Federal Government, major league sports and the Barcelona Olympic Games. Extensive electronic picture desk, digital imaging and computer imaging experience. Wrote software manuals for use by desk picture editors and photographers in the field.

    The Palm Beach Post
    July, 1987, until August,1990. Picture editor, The Palm Beach Post. 165,000 circulation daily, 200,000 Sunday, serving south Florida with five zoned editions. Responsibilities included generating daily photography assignments for eighteen staff photographers and two bureaus, editing page one and Metro section front color, placing staff and wire photographs inside newspaper. Also coordinate Macintosh informational graphics with art and news departments, plan and edit staff projects, design special sections and pages. Included recruiting, hiring and yearly evaluation duties.

    The Pittsburgh Press
    July, 1985, until July, 1987. Picture editor, informational graphics editor, The Pittsburgh Press. 239,283 circulation daily, 579,264 circulation Sunday, serving Pennsylvania with four daily editions. Responsibilities included page one layout, Sunday's Perspective section, Travel and Real Estate section fronts. Generated and assigned daily photography and news graphics for eighteen staff photographers, six artists. Designed Sunday graphics packages, edited staff and wire service photography, planned staff projects.

    The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel
    August, 1983, until July, 1985. Assistant picture editor, Milwaukee Sentinel, The Milwaukee Journal Company. 195,000 circulation daily except Sunday serving Wisconsin with four zoned editions. Generated daily assignments for eighteen staff photographers, assigned and edited daily page one color, generated news graphics and managed state coverage, staff travel and correspondent payroll.

    The Republic
    September, 1982, until August, 1983. Chief photographer, The Republic. 22,700 circulation daily serving Columbus, Indiana.

    Wabash Plain Dealer
    August, 1978, until January, 1981. Chief photographer, Wabash Plain Dealer. 10,000 circulation daily serving Wabash County, Indiana.
